Michael Morrissey of Arlington Heights was born on November 5, 1934 in Adare County Limerick to John and Catherine (nee O'Malley) Morrissey. Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Autumn Leaves of Arlington Heights.. Michael is survived by his wife of 41 years, Carolyn nee Dickel, his brother, John (Mary) Morrissey, his sister, Mary Morrissey and his sister in law Joan Morrissey, as well as 9 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Patrick Morrissey. Visitation from 8:30 am until time of Mass at 9:30 am, Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at St. Cecilia Church., 700 S. Meier Road, Mt. Prospect, Illinois. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery. Mr. Morrissey worked as a Vice President of Finance for Acco for over 30 years and he was an avid golfer. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Alzheimer's Association , Greater Illinois Chapter, 8430 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 800, Chicago IL 60631 .
