Mr. Joe Lane Carmack, age 65, of Celina, TN passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the Cumberland River Hospital.

Joe Lane Carmack was born January 15, 1950 in Livingston, Tennessee to the late William Henry and Dora Willett (Westmoreland) Carmack. He was preceded in death by his brother: Howard Carmack. He was a member of the Butler's Landing Church of Christ, active in the Clay County Senior Citizens Center, and an avid pitch player down at the center. Joe was retired from the water treatment plant as an employee of the City of Celina.

Joe is survived by son: Joseph Edward Carmack of Leitchfield, KY, daughters: Dawn Marie (Dwight) Hutson of Cookeville, TN, Tanna Lane Carmack of Celina, TN, Nykia Danielle (Danny) Rich of Celina, TN, brother: Kenneth Carmack of Celina, TN, sisters: Wanda (Bobby) Hood of Tompkinsville, KY and Deborah (Tony) Myers of Cookeville, TN, a special friend: Bonnie Boles of Celina, TN, and 10 grandchildren also survive.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 25th at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home, LLC in Celina with Bro. Robert Thurman officiating. The interment will follow in the Holly Springs Cemetery in Overton County, Tennessee. The visitation will be held at Hall Funeral Home in Celina on Tuesday, Nov 24th from 5 pm until 9 pm and on Wednesday, Nov. 25th from 8 am until service time at 11 am.
