WATER VALLEY - Sara Jane Byers McCullar, 57, formerly of Corpus Christi, Texas, died Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at Tri-Lakes Medical Center.

Memorial services were Saturday at Wells Funeral Home. Wells Funeral Home had charge.

McCullar, born in Memphis to the late Charles G. and Martha Womack Byers, received her bachelor of science and master's degrees from Texas A & M University - Corpus Christi.
She was a former risk manager for Christus Spohn Health Systems of South Texas and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Survivors include...
her husband, Edward Terry McCullar of Water Valley;
one daughter, Jennifer McCullar Zupo of Kyle, Texas;
one son, Micheal G. McCullar of San Marcos, Texas;
two sisters, Robbie Byers of Tupelo and
Fran Byers of Water Valley and
her mother, Martha Womack Byers of Batesville.

Memorials may be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation, the American Heart Association and the Oxford Humane Society.
