Gina was of the Baptist faith and a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She was born in Gadsden where she was a member of the graduating “class of 1978” at Glencoe High School. She relocated in 2008 to Destin, Florida where she was employed at Showtime Events until her recent illness. Gina had a special love for her family and was always “Daddy’s little girl”. She loved college football and was an avid Alabama fan. She loved traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Shirley Minshew; grandparents, Lucille and Freddie Minshew, Sr. and Buel Ingrum; step-brother, Greg Fuller, Aunt Joy Sims, and Uncle Gerald Minshew.
