Born on March 28, 1913, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Henrietta Steinecke Trudal.
She was married for 63 years to Calvin L. Marshall who passed away on Oct. 14, 2000.
Mrs. Marshall graduated from Enon Valley High School and from the Beaver Valley General Nursing School in 1935. She worked as a private duty nurse. She was a member of the Bethel Evangelical Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir. She was a member and past president of the former Enon Valley Women's Club. She enjoyed gardening and crocheting.
Survivors include her two daughters, Janet Schaefer of Bessemer and Joyce DiPietro of Harmony; her son, Joel Marshall of Enon Valley; her eight grandchildren, Jennifer (Duane) Farrington, David (Christina) Schaefer, Stephanie (Harry) Henry, Kristin (Mark) Dershem, Heather DiPietro, Shannon (Rich) Cooper, Joel "Bud" Marshall and Ashley Marshall; and her 16 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Marie Gordon and Ruth Glasgow, and her son-in-law, Fred Schaefer.
Interment in the Bethel Church Cemetery.
