Bobby Joe Mills 34, of Canyon died Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, in Amarillo.

Celebration of life services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Amarillo Fellowship Church, 8425 S. Bell St., with Wirt Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St.

Bobby was born Oct. 27, 1981, in Amarillo. He attended Canyon High School and was working at Tecta America, where he had been employed for several years.

Bobby was a loving father, son and brother. His life revolved around his children and his family. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing football, softball, basketball and golf.

He was a loyal friend and a dedicated employee. Bobby attended Amarillo Fellowship Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jerry Ann Phillips.

Survivors include a daughter, Sahily Mills of Canyon; a son, Brody Mills of Amarillo; his mother, Teresa Wimberly of Morse; his stepfather, Joey Wimberly of Valdosta, Ga.; two brothers, Danny Mills of Houston and Shawn Mills of Amarillo; his fiancée, Laci Hayes and her two children, Anaka and Laynie; and his grandparents, William Wayne Phillips, James Cecil Mills and Melba Jean Mills, all of Amarillo.

The family suggests memorials be to the benefit fund for the children of Bobby Mills, in care of Amarillo National Bank, P.O. Box 1, Amarillo, TX 79105.
