She was born February 14, 1964 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Alice Faye Anderson, later adopted by Elmer Wesley and Ruth Elizabeth Anderson.
She grew up in Mendon, Utah and achieved an Associate’s Degree in education at Utah State University. She later moved to Ogden where she met and married her soul mate John Ivan Rubert on October 14, 1989.
Paula loved to be surrounded by her family and those she cared for most, including her dogs Bunny and Thunder. She was a hard worker and was employed at IRS for twenty years.
She is survived by her husband John, daughter Kristy (Cory) Martinez, son Kiefer Rubert, Mother-in- law Mickie Rubert, Sisters Kimberly (Daniel) Stuart, Heather Rubert, nieces Angela (Nick) Oborn, Megan Lucero, and nephew Jayce Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Ruth Anderson, brother Wesley Anderson and two sisters Alice Anderson and Elizabeth Kirby.
Interment at Mendon City Cemetery.
