Greenwood resident Phyllis J. (Yards) Gulley, 56, died Wednesday morning from injuries suffered in a two car wreck at Helper Avenue and Meridian Street, Indianapolis.
She was born December 18, 1932 in Cincinnati. Her foster parents, Lige and Mable Hunter survive in Connorsville.
Also surviving is her husband Richard P. Gulley, two sons Michael Gulley of Brownsburg and Donald Gulley of Martinsville, a brother Richard Yards of Cincinnati a sister Wanda Secreist of Cincinnati;and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Gulley a homemaker, had worked 10 months as an telephone solicitor for Family Portrait Studio.
She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Greenwood.
Friends may call at Singleton & Herr Madison Avenue Mortuary, Indianapolis. The Rev. James Deveny will lead a service at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
