.Berlie Lea Harris, age 83, was born December 21, 1931 in Norfork, Arkansas the daughter of James and Evah (Acklin) Greer and passed away November 16, 2015 at King City Manor in King City.

Berlie married John Harris and to this union five children were born. Berlie was very artistic, she loved to write poetry and enjoyed country bluegrass music. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Harris; daughter, Willa Harris; five brothers and sisters, Vero Greer, Thurlo Greer, Lynn Greer, Glenn Greer, and Virga Whitfield.

Survivors include four children, Larry Havner, Mtn. Home, AR, Judy Harris, St. Joseph, Garry Harris, St. Joseph, & Lura Harris Burns, Marathon, IA; sister, Thelma Jeffery, Liberty; grandchildren, Diana, Marie, Garry Del, Shawn, Kim, Clayton, Brandon, Landon, Stephanie, Tiffany, & Skye, ten great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Union Star, Missouri.
