Ralph Achenbach, 64, of this city, died yesterday afternoon at 3:30 at the Salvation Army Home as a result of Hemorrhages. Mr. Achenbach had been ill since January.
Born in Milton, Mr. Achenbach was for many years manager of the Northumberland Moving Picture Company. He removed to this vicinity in 1915.
He is survived by his wife [Ellen Schaeffer-Married 22 Aug 1904 Sunbury, PA], an invalid for the past 19 years and now at the Danville State Infirmary, and by one nephew, James P. Miller, of this city.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Lauer Funeral Home with Adjutant Ward Nicholson officiating. Interment will be made in Dunnstown Cemetery.
