Pamela Kim Butler passed away peacefully Nov. 17, 2015 at Wyatt House, in Golden City, Mo., at age 60, surrounded by her family and many caregivers.

Pam was born March 30, 1955 with Down Syndrome, to Clint and Betty Butler, at Springfield, Mo.

Pam will be remembered as a kind and loving person born in the middle of four brothers and was very active in playground activities and enjoyed participating in Special Olympics.

Survivors include her parents, Clint and Betty, of Lamar; three brothers, Larry Butler, of West Fork, Ark., Stan Butler, of Prairie Village, Kan., and Jon Butler, of Naples, Fla.; two nieces, Sarah Trapani and Katie Bullock; four nephews, Bryan Butler, Zach Butler, Aaron Butler, and Beau Butler. She was preceded in death by one brother, Brad Butler, in 2001.

Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at Daniel Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Wyatt House and staff for the many years of special care they provided for Pam.
