FUNERAL SERVICE FOR MRS. DYER IS HELD HERE SUNDAY

Last rites for Mrs. R. H. Dyer, 65, who died Saturday after an illness of seven weeks at her home, 609 Sam Houston Street, were held at the home on Sunday with the Rev. Horace Teddlie, pastor of the Church of Christ, in charge of the services. Interment was in the city cemetery.

The golden wedding anniversary of her marriage to Mr. Dyer would have been celebrated in August.

Mrs. Dyer is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Grace Bartin of Seymour; and seven sons, J. S. Dyer of Wichita Falls, L. E. Dyer of Bailey, Okla., K. D. Dyer of Haganport, L. H. Dyer, R. R. Dyer and C. S. Dyer, all of Sweetwater, and J. D. Dyer of the U.S. Navy. All the children were in Sweetwater for the funeral except J. D. Dyer.
