Nancy J. Criss, 83, a resident of Wilder for 35 years, went home to her Lord and Savior, Saturday, November 14, 2015 at her home in Nampa of natural causes.
She was born February 22, 1932 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Eugene and Effie Heinsius. She was an only child adored by her father. She made her home in Idaho after marrying Paul Criss. In her younger days, she loved to travel and was quite a seamstress. Her most recent pastimes were visiting with friends, shopping, scrapbooking, genealogy, and driving to admire the scenery. She was a kind soul who was always good for a laugh and a story. She'd always have a twinkle in her sweet brown eyes as she'd remember and converse. She will forever be loved and missed by those who truly lover her!
She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, adopted family, and friends.
Graveside memorial services will be held Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 2:30 PM at Parkview Cemetery in New Plymouth. Celebration of life to follow and everyone is welcome.
