Graveside services for Jacob Tyler Matthews, age 6, will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2010 in Gadsden United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home from 2 p.m. until 4p.m. on Saturday. Jacob was born October 17, 2003 with heart complications and passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville. Jacob leaves his parents, grandparents, and a host of family and friends, all of whom loved him and will miss him dearly. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the charity of. your choice in memory of Jacob.
