Services for Mr. Roger L. Reid, Jr. will be held 11 am, Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Reid Chapel Church of God with burial in the church cemetery.Rev. Harmon Smith will officiate.
Visitation will be held tonight 5:30-7:30 pm at Milling Funeral Home of Union and 30 minutes prior to service time Thursday at Reid Chapel Church of God.
Mr. Reid, 78, of Union, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Rush Foundation Hospital.
He was a member of Reid Chapel Church of God. He retired from the U.S. Army National Guard and he also retired from MDOT. He will be remembered as an avid automobile enthusiast and also as a loving husband, father and friend.

Loving Wife of 53 years: Clyma Reid of Union
1 Daughter: Melissa Reid of Union
He is also survived by several nephews and one niece.
Mr. Reid was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Minnie Reid and four sisters.
