Rosie A. Brewer, 83, of Gibson City, died at 5:37 p.m. Monday (Sept. 21, 2009) at the BroMenn Health Care in Normal.
Mrs. Brewer was born Aug. 26, 1926 in Minonk a daughter of George and Alma (Brucker) Folkers.
She married Ernest E. Brewer on Aug. 12, 1949. He died March 28, 1975.
Surviving are three daughters, Susan Soto of Wyoming, Marjorie (Everett) May of Gibson City, Marlene (Dave) Eilts of Gibson City; three sons, Daryl (Janet) Brewer of Elliott, Gary Brewer of Lake City, Fla. and Roger Brewer of El Paso; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
