Born November 6, 1951 in Stamford, he was the son of the late Frederick and Betty (Merwin) Ware.
Ed was a machinist for General Electric in Schenectady for 42 years, retiring in 2011 due to illness.
Survivors include a son, Michael Ware of Albany; a daughter, Aimee Ware of Selkirk; two brothers, Donald and Harry Ware; three sisters, Barbara Soto, Alice Miller and Carol Baun; and four grandchildren.
He was predeceased by three siblings; Linda, Joan and Frederick.
Inurnment will follow the service in Sharon Cemetery, 346 Highway Route 20, town of Sharon.
