Mrs. Patterson was born near Bethel community in Wayne Township, and lived there until after the death of her husband Oct. 6, 1939.
She then moved to Lisbon and resided there until recently, dividing her time with Mrs. Smith and at the home of another daughter, Mrs. Stewart Mick of Lisbon.
She was a daughter of the late Thomas and Rebecca Rice Stewart.
A lifelong member of the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Mrs. Patterson was active in church affairs and missionary society activities until recently.
She also leaves a son, Wallace S. Patterson, of Wayne Township, and 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The Rev. W. E. Tilton, pastor of the First Methodist Church of Wellsville, will conduct services Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the MacLean Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.
Friends may call Saturday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
