Warren E. Artz, 86, of Fearnot Road, Sacramento, passed away Friday at home.
He was born in Spring Glen, April 6, 1929, a son of the late Eston and Mae Dunleavy Artz.
He graduated from Hubley Township High School and was the owner and operator of Artz Memorials.
He was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, F&AM Herndon Lodge 702 and Harrisburg Consistory.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Kole.
He is survived by his wife Josephine D'Agostino Artz, to whom he was married 59 years; three children, Keith and his wife, Cindy Harris, Kelley and her husband, Bruce Smith, and Kraig "Andy" and his wife, Beth Artz; four grandchildren, Kory, Jebedih, Jonah and Hunter; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Mark and his wife, Phyllis Artz; nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were held at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, with the Rev. Duane Bardo officiating. Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, had charge of arrangements. Condolences can be left for the family at www.buffingtonreed.com.
