Ruby Rogers Bivins, age 89, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, died Saturday, November 14, 2015 at her home. She was born to Joseph and Janetta Lamb in Pima, Arizona, on November 28, 1925.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Bivins, two daughters, Janetta Mae Bivins, and Joanna Currier, three grandsons, Bobby, Darin, and Brad, one great-grandson, Daniel, and her siblings, Mark Rogers, Dean Rogers, Wallace Rogers, Remo Rogers, Omer Rogers, Luke Rogers, Liliah Rogers.
She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, four daughters and sons-in-law, one brother, twenty-eight grandchildren, sixty-five great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Ruby Bivins will be held Friday, November 20th at 10:00 A.M., in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Charles Krudwig officiating. Burial will follow in the Gravelly Cemetery, Foreman, Arkansas, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 19th from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
