Services will be at 3 p.m., Wednesday, at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
Mrs. Powell was a cosmetologist.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth H.; one son, Rex Wayne, of Grand Junction; two daughters: Constance Powell Pitchford, of Las Vegas and Dana Sue Boldizsar, of Winter Garden, FL.; and two grandchildren.
