Curtiss H. Briggs Jr., a resident of Klamath Falls, died Nov. 10, 2015, at the age of 85.
Curtiss was born in Albert Lea, Minn., on Feb. 3, 1930, to Curtiss and Viola Briggs.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was discharged in 1954 and retired from a career with the U.S. Postal Service.
Curtiss is survived by his wife of Klamath Falls; sons and daughters-in-law of Naperville, Ill and Klamath Falls; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Christina Nowak.
