Benny Huggins passed away Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014, at his home. He was born Sept. 2, 1941, in Tulsa, Okla., to Rev. McClunia “Mac” Huggins and Rev. Cleona Huggins. He graduated from Dover and went on to experience several job opportunities. He worked for the U.S. Geological Survey in Arizona, Off Shore gas rigs off the coast of Louisiana, gas rigs in and construction in Arkansas. After falling off a derrick on a gas rig, he settled down to be a water operator for both Dover and the Cass Job Corp and a bus driver. He enjoyed peddling on the square after he retired. He attended Hector Assembly of God.

The memorial service will be at 3 p.m., Friday, Dec. 5, 2014, at Hector Assembly of God. Reverend Shane Williams and Reverend Scott Garrison will officiate. The memorial will be followed by a visitation.

Memorials may be made to Assembly of God Missions at Hector Assembly.
