Born to Alfred and Barbara Brownsworth on February 24, 1963 in Okeene, Oklahoma. Kathy went to and graduated from Clifton High School in 1980. After graduation Kathy met and fell in love with Kraig Mullins and they were married on March 31, 1984. They were blessed with three children, Kallie Mullins Tracy, Kolton Mullins and Kollin Mullins. Kathy was preceeded in death by both sets of her grandparents and her loving father Alfred Brownsworth. Survivors include Kathy's husband, Kraig Mullins, Daughter Kallie and husband Zach Tracy, Sons, Kolton Mullins, Kollin Mullins and girlfriend Ale Garcia. Grandchildren Kira Westfahl and Gage Hankins. Sisters Debbie and husband Ronnie Bronstad, Connie and husband Johnny Smith, Pamela and husband Daniel Del Bosque, Tamela and husband Freeman Mullens. Brothers Rickey Brownsworth and girlfriend Beverly, Larry Brownsworth and wife Dana. Kathy also had numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
