Ricardo Armando ”Mando” Rangel was born on September 9, 1964, passed away on November 3, 2015, at the young age of 51.

Mando, as his family and close friends called him, was born in Laredo, Texas and eventually moved to Cibolo. During his time, he liked working with his hands; he was often found working on radios or doing construction. He greatly enjoyed the outdoors, especially playing golf and softball.

He leaves behind his parents, Raul and Rosa C. Rangel; children, Nina Kay Rangel and Sophia Loraine Rangel both of San Antonio, Texas; brothers, Raul A. Rangel, Rene A. Rangel and wife, Aileen, Roberto A. Rangel; sisters, Rosa Ana DeVries and husband, Ross, Raquel A. Marroquin and husband, Jaime, Rebecca A. Rangel and partner, Christina and only grandchild, Willow P. Zammit.

There will be a Funeral Service held on Saurday, November 14, 2015 at 1:00PM at Schertz Funeral Home, followed by a procession leading to Selma Cemetery #2, Pastor Vernon Welshans officiating.
