RICHARDS, Aileen 88, of Bethany Lutheran Village, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 12, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Alice Gregory, her husband John W Richards, and her nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, John (Cheri) Richards of Huber Heights, Thomas (Sandra) Richards of Kettering; and Dr. Gregory (Cherie) Richards of Powell; grandson Seth Richards (Carie), and granddaughters Olivia and Sofia Richards; as well as numerous relatives and friends. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who valued country-living, cooking for the family, and the simpler things in life. Aileen was a member of the First Christian Church in Morehead, KY. She enjoyed working at the Wright State University library in its early years. Family will receive friends from 10 AM until time of services at 12 Noon on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Schlientz & Moore Funeral Home, 1632 Wayne Ave, Dayton, OH. with Pastor Fred Gillenwater officiating. Interment at Woodland Cemetery & Mausoleum, Dayton, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the of Dayton in her memory. The family would like to acknowledge the staff at Bethany Lutheran Village for their compassionate and loving care.
