He was born on July 22, 1928 to Charles and Ethel Arnold Burrow in Plymouth Township, Rock County, Wisconsin.
Ronald married Ethel Mae Schultz on March 8, 1947 in Orfordville, WI and they had one daughter Lynda.
He worked the family farm until 1965; tending to the farm animals and raising crops. The farm taught Ronald the importance of hard work, respecting the land and enjoying the fruits of his labor. In addition to running the farm he was a large engines inspector for Fairbanks Morse, in Beloit, WI from 1956-1992. He enjoyed fishing with his siblings and their families in the nearby lakes of Wisconsin. Because of his upbringing through the depression he saved and made use of anything he could. Kept very meticulous records for his equipment and was a perfectionist with everything, especially his lawn. A patient man who loved and cared about his family. Dancing was a big part of Ronald’s life, in fact he and Ethel met at a local dance hall in Beloit, Waverly Beach Ball Room. Of course being from Wisconsin he was an avid Packers fan and he loved his grandsons’ sporting events. He will not only be missed by his family, but the many neighbors and friends throughout the years.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Ethel, daughter Lynda (Leonard) Badertscher of Cedar City, UT, grandsons Bradley (Julie) of Wauwatosa, WI, Timothy (Tran) San Diego, CA. As well as many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, his siblings and their spouses, Everett (Florence), Irene (Edward) Edwards, Helen (James) Clickner, and Lorien (Helen).
Interment Plymouth Cemetery in Wisconsin.
