Katie Hols Frow, the third child of Laura and William Hols, passed away Tuesday evening Dec. 11, 1956, at 7 o'clock at the age of 57 years, 6 months, and 27 days.

She was born May 14, 1899, at Pella, Iowa, and was united in marriage with Leroy Frow on Oct. 27, 1917, at Bonaparte, Ia. To this union four children were born: Winifred Bernice Kula of Omaha, Neb.; Wilma Jenn Deere of Bettendorff, Iowa; Laura Lee Herdrich of Princeton, Mo.; and William Roy at home.

Besides her husband and children, she leaves to mourn her three sons-in-law and five grandchildren, Johnny, Mary Kay, Joe, Chucky and Janey Kay; also her aged father, William Hols, at the nursing home in Farmington, Ia.; three sisters and one brother, Mrs. George Swift, Keokuk; Mrs. Lora Pieper, Chicago; Mrs. Hattie Grimwood, Fort Madison; and John Hols, Burlington, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother, Jake.

She was a member of the Methodist church in Farmington. She was a kind mother and loving wife. Through all her suffering in the past three years, she kept her sincere faith in her Savior.

Memorial services were held on Friday, Dec. 14, at 2:00 p.m. from the Farmington Methodist Church with the Rev. Donald Arthur officiating. Interment was ín Greenglade cemetery.
