Mr. Clarence Aubrey Foster age 73 of McMinnville, TN, (Lucky Community) died Saturday, March 22, 2014, at his residence. He was born July 31, 1940, in Warren County, TN, was a retired produce manager with Kroger after 33 years of service, and a member of Trinity Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, and lay speaker. Mr. Foster was preceded in death by parents Clarence Robert and Vesta Redmon Foster and great-grandson Ethan Foster. He was co-captain of the Dibrell High School basketball team in 1958 winning quarter finals in the state tournament.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 24, 2014, at Trinity Baptist Church. Bro. Willard Ralph, Jr. and Bro. John Padgett will officiate. Interment will follow at Memorial Hill Cemetery at Trinity. The 1958 graduating class and basketball team are asked to serve as honorary pallbearers. The Foster Family will receive friends Sunday from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home and again on Monday from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Trinity Baptist Church, 1701 John Oliver Rd., McMinnville, TN 37110.
