MT. CARMEL - Jonathan David Rogers, age 41, of Mt. Carmel, passed away suddenly in his sleep on Monday November 9, 2015 at his residence.

He was of the Christian faith, a great story teller, and a loving father.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Sue Scalf Rogers; father, Harold "Possum" Rogers; and wife of 20 years, Heather Denise Carter Rogers.

He is survived by his four beautiful children, daughters, Nacoby Cheyenne Rogers, Bobbie Sue Morgan Rogers, Grace Olivia Rogers; son, Jonathan David Rogers II. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Cristie Hawkins; two brothers, Anthony Johnson and Chris Rogers; sister and brother-in-law, Renita and Donnie Wolfe; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will follow in Church Hill Memory Gardens, followed by a moment alone with his four children.

The staff of Tri-Cities Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Jonathan David Rogers.
