Ernest J. Bruninghaus, 57, 2820 University, died at his home Wednesday. He was a native of New Jersey and had lived in Muncie for four and a half years. He was a graduate of Ohio State University and Capital University, Columbus, Ohio, and was formerly associated with Ontario Corp.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Detroit; a member of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Pasadena, Calif., and Al Malaihak Shrine Temple, Los Angeles.
Survivors include the widow, Alice, and a sister, Mrs. Charles Lloyd, Emporium, Pa.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Meeks Mortuary with burial in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and prior to services on Saturday.
