Gary was born 31 Jul 1955 in Carthage, the son of Harold and Marie Howd David. He graduated from Carthage High School in 1973. He married Avery McQuigg, 19 Aug 1974 in Carthage.
Gary was a farmer and raised livestock for many years. Off the farm he worked for Chem Gro,Inc in Adrian, Il. He took pride in his position as an LP gas truck driver.
Gary loved his family and was married to his high school sweetheart for over 40 years. His favorite pastimes included: spending time with family and friends, meetings at Don's Service, reading the Bonnie Buyer and Nemo Trader, NASCAR, participating in demolition derbies and listing to WCAZ radio.
He was preceded in death byhis parents and sister, Linda Bisby.
