She was born March 15, 1931 in Bronx, New York to Joseph and Lizabeth Ann Glass. She married Benjamin A. Ruff on June 5, 1964 in Niles, MI. He died on June 10, 1989. Surviving are a son, Andrew W. (Jeri) Walsh Sr. of Elkhart, 2 daughters Lizabeth A. (Dean) Wheeler of Elkhart and Linda (Jack) Clark of Bristol; 6 grandchildren, Tiffany (Christopher) Faigh, Andrew (Wendy) Walsh Jr., Sarah (Paul) Germain, Emily (Robert) Grooms, Rachel Walsh and Jim Clark; and 9 great-grandchildren, Parker, Madyson, Alex, Sam, Robert, Jackson, Caroline, Brittany and Adam. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kim Fawley and 8 siblings.
Patricia was a cook for several restaurants in Elkhart. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church, AWANA and helped with Vacation Bible School. She enjoyed cooking, babysitting and her grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family from 11 am to 1 pm Saturday, Nov. 14th at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, where services will begin at 1 pm. Pastor Carl Henry will officiate. Interment will follow at Bremen Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Northside Baptist Church.
