Patricia A. (Miller) Irwin, 71, of Jeannette, passed away peacefully Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, in UPMC East, Monroeville. She was born June 5, 1944, in Somerset, a daughter of the late Donald and Beatrice (Shaulis) Miller. Patricia was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Her focus was family and spending time with them creating memories was of the utmost importance to her. She was a member of Jeannette Assembly of God Church and Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 400, in Irwin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kay Miller. Patricia will be deeply missed by her beloved family. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Gerald Irwin; daughters, Pamela Irwin, of Penn Township, and Debbie Barber (Dr. Anthony), also of Penn Township; and a nephew. She was the very proud grandmother of Alec and Lauren.

Family and friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the VAIA FUNERAL HOME INC., 463 Athena Drive, Delmont, 724-468-1177. Funeral services for Patricia will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Mike Hampton officiating. Committal services and entombment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
