DAVID W. LUEBKE, born to the late Alvin and Alitza Luebke 73 years ago, died at home on Thursday. Following 33 years of service, he retired in 1996 from Navistar. Survivors include his wife of 56 years; children, 3 sons and 6 daughters; a brother; a sister; 36 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Sharon Garland. The Rev. Paul Shoemaker officiated at the funeral service on Tuesday, May 29, at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St Rd. 930 E., New Haven.
