Michael Cameron Gruner, May 2, 1932-January 22, 2011, resident of So. San Francisco, passed away following complications of surgery at the age of 78 in SSF. He was born in Montreal, Canada to Malcolm and Jessie Gruner. He was a long time resident of SSF. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Violet Gruner and his beloved children Andrea Gruner of San Mateo, Larry Gruner (Sharon) of Auburn, CA, and Martin Gruner (Kelly) of Chicago, Il as well as cherished grandchildren Madeleine and Mitchell Gruner and Ella Gruner. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and brother Christopher Gruner of Ontario Canada. He will be dearly missed by his surviving brothers and sisters and extended family. A Memorial Mass is scheduled for Friday, February 4, 2pm at Mater Dolorosa church, 307 Willow Avenue in SSF where he was an active member. The family requests donations to the American Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.
