Harry was persuaded by his brother John Weber to accompany his brother back to Saskatchewan after John's marriage to Minnie Hartvig in Ontario in 1914. Within weeks of the wedding, John, now returned to Saskatchewan, was killed in an accident. Harry married Minnie Weber in 1915, and they produced two young daughters, Myrtle and Ethel Theresa. Harry and Minnie succumbed to the flu epidemic within a few days of each other in November of 1918. The girls were collected by relatives from Ontario and lived out their lives there.
