FELTON Annie R. (Shaull) Hannigan, 98, of Felton RD 2, died at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at her home, after a brief illness. She was the wife of Walter B. Hannigan Sr., who died Oct. 8, 1993.

The service will be 2 p.m. Monday at St. James Lutheran Church in Brogue. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Viewing will be 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the church. The Burg Funeral Home Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hannigan was born April 9, 1895 in Chanceford Township. She was the daughter of the late John W. and Mary C. (Shue) Shaull.

She was a lifetime and also the oldest member of St. James Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday School Youth Classes and was a member of the choir. Prior to their deaths, the couple had been married 75 years.

Mrs. Hannigan is survived by five sons, John R. Hannigan of Red Lion, Paul R. Hannigan of Red Lion RD 1, Lloyd R. Hannigan of Airville RD 1, Earl W. Hannigan of Windsor RD 2, and Walter B. Hannigan Jr. of Felton RD 2; two daughters, Ruth A. Neuhaus of Stewartstown RD 2, and Reba A. Berwager of Clermont, Fla.; 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, J. Oscar Shaull of Brogue. Mrs. Hannigan was preceded in death by two sons, Dale V. Hannigan and Melvin W. Hannigan.

Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Linda C. Hanus.
