He worked many years at the Hillcrest Hotel and loved sports and spending time with family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Pearlie M. Nash; father, George (Geneive) Johnson; grandmothers, Arlena Holt and Adline Johnson; sisters, Christine Ervin, Dianne Ervin, Arletha Ervin, Jessie Holmes and Doretha (Scott) Lewis; brother, Warren (Cynthia) Ervin, Jr. ; special Uncle and Aunt, Pastor and Sister J.L. Jordan, Jr. and a host of loving relatives and friends. Services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at Ebenezer M.B.C., Toledo, preceded by the wake at Noon, Pastor J.L. Jordan, Jr, officiant.
