Frances Janet (Jeanette) Crider, age 78, of Mayfield, KY died at 2:00 AM Friday, November 6, 2015 at her residence. Janet was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield and was a former daycare worker at the Mother Goose Daycare in Mayfield.
Survivors include her son Mark Crider of Mayfield; daughter – Pamela (Danny) Champion of Taylor, TX; granddaughter – Susan (Joshua) Sumpter of Taylor, TX; and 2 great-grandchildren – Emily & Jacob Sumpter both of Taylor, TX.
She was preceded in death by her husband – Cecil Crider; parents – James Anthony & Anna Leola (Turner) Hayden; and a sister – Mary Sharon Belza.
Funeral mass for Janet will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield with Father Eric Riley officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends are invited to call after 5:00 PM on Monday, November 9, 2015 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield where prayers will be said at 6:00 PM on Monday evening.
