Mr. Eddie Bobby Dennis of Tampa, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 7 at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Reverend Frank Gray, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Dennis was a native of Greenville, Florida and a resident of Tampa for many years. He completed his education at Greenville Training School and studied Electrical Engineering in Greenville, FL. After relocating to Tampa, Mr. Dennis worked for Ray Williams Funeral Home when needed and as an Independent Electrician in the Tampa Bay Area.

He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Willie Mae Dennis; father, Charlie Dennis, Sr.; brother, Charlie Dennis, Jr.; grandparents, Ed and Annie Maxwell; and his great niece, Giselle Mukisa Dennis.

He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving and devoted wife of 43 years, Barbara; two sons, Albert McCarthon and Andre Dennis; two surrogate sons, Bruce Morrell and Edward Maddax; three daughters, Valarie Dennis-Cook, LaTonya and Erika; grandchildren, LeToQuadria Nichols (Precious), Jerrell Boyd, Albert McCarthon, Jr., Donald Dennis, Jehremy Boyd, Brittany McCarthon, Tanjel McCarthon, Jade Macias and Kayla Arenas (Cookie); 16 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews; four brothers, Reverend Curtis Dennis (Brenda) of St. Petersburg, FL, Tommie Dennis (Laverne) of Greenville, FL, Reverend Willie Gene Dennis (Janet) of Somerset, NJ and Callious Dennis (Debra) of Piscataway, NJ; one sister, Mae Dean Dennis of Greenville, FL; sister-in-law, Deloris Dennis of Los Angeles, CA and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

The remains will repose after 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 6 at Ray Williams Funeral Home.
