WOOD, A.J.
The many friends of Mrs. A.J. Wood will regret to learn that she died at her home in Galena , Dakota, on January 28, after a short illness.
Mr. and Mrs. Wood formerly resided here. They left over sixteen years ago. They had been living at Galena, Dakota, for the past eleven years. Her husband died there some four years ago, and Mrs. Wood has been looking after her husband's interests there since. Her sister, Mrs. George P. Cornell, was telegraphed for but did not reach there until Mrs. Wood was dead and buried.
Mrs. Cornell will be remembered here as Miss Ann Aldrich- both were sisters of George Aldrich of Brant. Mrs. Wm. Craig, who formerly resided here but now in Corunna, was her mother. Mrs. Wood was 44 years of age and leaves no children.
