Archer - Mrs. Carrie B. Moses, age 79 passed away peacefully into eternity on Monday, November 2, 2015 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. She was a lifelong resident of Archer, Florida. She was a member of St. Peter Baptist Church.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Jessie Carl Moses Sr., and five children; Jessie Moses Jr., Anthony Moses, Darryl Moses, Ravinia Lyons, and Caroline Whitt and five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren. Mrs. Moses was preceded in death by her parents, Annie Mae Lee Hodge and J.K. Lee and her only sister Ida Bell Lee, St. Petersburg, Florida.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 7, 2015 at St. Peter Baptist Church, Archer, Florida at 1:00 pm with Pastor Dewayne McBride officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will follow services at St. Peter Baptist Church Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of Booker T. Hunt Funeral Home, Newberry, Florida.
