She was born in Beaver Falls, Pa., daughter of the late Jesse and Mabel Smith Anderson.
She was a 1945 graduate of Parkersburg High School and retired from the Bureau of Public Debt after 22 years of service. She was a member of the 006 DAV Ladies Auxiliary and 2307 Fraternal Order of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Vienna. She loved playing bingo where she was known as "Grandma". She loved and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Eva is survived by five daughters, Betty "Janie" Kennedy (Ray) of Waterford, Ohio, Doris Wagner and Mabel Braham (Bernard) both of Parkersburg, Kathy Johnson (Jubbie Bray) of Watkinsville, Ga. and Pam Tennant (JR) of Waverly, W.Va.; one son, Earl Roger Jordan (Penny) of Parkersburg; twenty four grandchildren, 76 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry Anderson and Jesse Anderson Jr.; one daughter, Donna Buckley; one sister, Lucille Anderson; one grandson; and two great-great-grandsons.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St., Parkersburg, W.Va., with Pastor Bill Law officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery.
