Karen Lee Crow Carpenter, 67, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015, at Transcendent Health Care South, Boonville. She was born in Evansville on December 17, 1947, to William and Martha (Taylor) Crow.
Karen was a cardiac nurse. She received a Masters Degree in Education from Ohio State University, and a Masters Degree in Nursing from Indiana University.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Debbie Schoultz; and aunt, Flora Ann Sprengel. She is survived by her son, Joshua Carpenter; grandson, Sheldon Carpenter; sister, Joyce Boyer (David); brother, David Crow; four nieces and one nephew.
