Parents:
John Henry Cook and Victoria Palmer Cook
Married young to Walter T Horton Dec 20, 1926
Died before 1st year anniversary
Information is scarce on Almira. She died after giving birth to her son.
She is buried under her maiden name and her son died a couple years after she did of a cold like symptoms probably pneumonia. Time has passed so that her headstone has not been located or whereabouts of place of burial has not been found.
Parents found out about the death of daughter Almira and wish to take care of funeral and burial, they were told all is already taken place. Almira is said to be buried in Firth, Idaho. This is a endeavor being taken on by family members of her ancestors..ongoing
Child was then raised by Horton grandparents as it is told, name of child is unknown. He died before 1930 as census at grandparents have no child with them in household. Burial unknown.
Picture from my grandpa "Aurnul" David Aurnul Cook's possessions, LDS family pictures.
She is not listed in this cemetery, but because she died just before her mother and all siblings are there. and the fire mentioned destruction of records..good possibility that a marker was there (maybe Firth) at one time but not there now.
