She was born on July 27, 1970 in Polo, Illinois and was the daughter of Archie Huston and Veronica Tillman Huston.

She graduated in 1988 from Choctaw High School in Choctaw, Oklahoma and she attended the UACCB in Batesville. Terri Ann and her husband were owners of Harmon’s Cleaning in Southside. She was smart, funny, sweet, and a fiercely loyal friend. She never met a stranger and was known for her outgoing, warm personality, and fearless nature.
