Sybil Lou Price, 76, of Ottawa passed away November 3, 2015 at home. She was born February 19, 1939 in Logan and was a daughter of the late Homer and Beulah Ferrell Miller. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, David Price; brothers, Jackie Miller, Estel Miller and Robert Miller.
She is survived by her son, David Jr. of Jeffrey; sister, Ella Gay Fortney (Tom) of Danville; brothers, Billy Miller (Virginia) of Illinois and Carlos Miller (Yvonne) of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, Randi Price and Justin Abernathy; and great-grandchildren, Olivia Collins and Kayson and Remington Abernathy.
Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Danny Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park, Danville.
