Loving mother of Dorenda Dupont, Stephanie Dupont Guillot (Glenn), Stephen Dupont, Charlene Dupont Alphonso (Eric), and Christopher Dupont (Kristi). Devoted grandmother of Jeffrey, David, Amy, Michelle, and Timothy Guillot, and Kristen, Maria, and Eric Jr. Alphonso. Daughter of the late Robert U. Combel, Jr., and the late Henrietta Fortier Combel. Sister of Sally Gilmore, the late Ann Marie Brune, Jane Couvillion, Barbara Wall, Peggy West, Laurie Cutcher, and step-sister of Shirley Poleto. Native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Former resident of Arabi, LA, and parishioner of St. Robert Bellarmine Parish for 37 years until 2005. After Hurricane Katrina, resident of Ponchatoula, LA, and parishioner of St. Joseph Parish for 10 years. Graduate of St. Joseph Academy in New Orleans. Member of the Sisters of the Holy Faith Associates. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 255 N. 8th Street in Ponchatoula, on Monday, November 9, 2015, at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum, 908 Western Ave., Hammond, LA. Visitation will be on Monday, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home at 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, LA.
