Rose, age 87 of Hueytown; went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 5th, 2015. She attended River Road Baptist Church, Concord, Alabama. Rose is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Rogers, Jr. She is survived by four children; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; three nieces; and a nephew. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 9th, 2015 at Elmwood Chapel from 10:00 to 11:00 am with services to begin at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Rose to Gideon's or Comfort Care Hospice.
